Refund Policy

At VidMix AI, we strive to provide the best experience for our users. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of your purchase. After this period, we will be unable to process any refund requests.

Credit Usage: If you have used more than 50 credits, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the purchase time.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your account details, order number, purchase date, and the reason for your refund request.

  3. Submit Within 3 Days: Ensure your request is submitted within 3 days of your purchase.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome as soon as possible. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method.

Please note that the refund amount may be subject to a processing fee of up to six percent (6%) of the initial payment amount.

Non-Refundable Situations (Including but Not Limited To)

  • Delivered or used (see definition above);
  • Unsatisfied with generated results or not meeting subjective expectations;
  • Accidental purchase / wrong plan / forgot to cancel subscription;
  • Unavailability due to personal devices, network, regional restrictions, or third-party platforms/policies (we will provide troubleshooting and support);
  • Violations of the Terms of Service, abuse, fraud, resale, account sharing, etc.
